SCL offers a range of training options, starting with our classroom-based courses and extending to bespoke material presented in your offices.

Classroom-based courses

Introduction to Web Analytics - This is an introduction to Web Analytics and should be considered essential for anyone using either Affinium NetInsight or Unica NetTracker on a day-to-day basis.

Advanced Web Analytics using Affinium NetInsight and Unica NetTracker - This course is designed for people with a technical background who need to get the most out of their use of the products. It will introduce the more advanced aspects of the two products (some features only available in Affinium NetInsight).

Online Training

For customers wishing to focus on a particular element of functionality, we can spend as little or as much time as you need remotely (session shadowing and on the phone). The exact content of this would depend on a customer's requirements. Find out more.

We are able to offer either of our standard courses on a customer's (or 3rd-party) site. The courses can be customised for specific requirements and audiences or completely bespoke material can be used. Find out more.
