Affinium NetInsight 7.3 released in UK, Eire and Scandinavia

Affinium® NetInsight™ 7.3 delivers broadened retail analysis capabilities and user-interface enhancements

Affinium NetInsight 7.3 delivers broadened retail analysis capabilities, allowing more flexible product analysis, as well as enabling the user to focus on individual retail actions with the introduction of a retail actions filter. In addition, many enhancements have been made to the user-interface, making it simpler for non-technical users.

“Affinium NetInsight 7.3 further addresses the needs of today’s e-marketers, allowing the user to focus on individual retail actions such as product views, basket add, removes, purchases, and abandons,” said Alan Hall, Managing Director for SCL Analytics. “this broadened retail analysis makes it easier for e-marketers to intuitively conduct in-depth retail analysis and further builds on the powerful segmentation functionality available in NetInsight”.

Cosmetic improvements have been made to update the look and feel of the user-interface and users can now select a default profile and report to navigate to on start up. Calendar and date filtering interface has also been made easier to use, with the addition of an “apply calendar” button, which makes calendar selections clearer.

Further developments have also been made to cross-channel data integration capabilities within Affinium NetInsight. NetInsight’s open and published database schema allows for easy integration with BI, CRM and Marketing systems. Now users can drill to an external URL, allowing marketers to drill from an authenticated user name in Affinium NetInsight to the customer's account information in a CRM system.
